About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Personalized support with activating daily activities
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Team collaboration to ensure quality of care
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a licensed nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interacting with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- IT affinity
