About the role
- Provide individual basic and treatment care for residents
- Implement activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Document the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensure care quality together with the on-site team
- Be a supportive point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered general nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy when working with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Willingness to work across all shifts
