About the role
- Provide individualized basic care and treatment nursing for residents
- Provide gerontopsychiatric care to residents
- Provide individualized support and stimulating daily activities according to residents' needs
- Document the care process (medication administration, nursing records, etc.)
- Ensure quality of care within the team
- Serve as a compassionate and attentive point of contact for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity/competence
