About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Personalized support and activity-based daily programming tailored to residents’ needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contributing to the maintenance of care quality together with the on-site team
- Serving as a supportive, attentive contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with IT systems
