About the role
- Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
- Pre- and post-admission support for resident intakes
- Acquisition of new residents through close contact with physicians, hospitals and external referrers
- Conducting discussions with residents and relatives, including complaint management
- Administrative tasks in occupancy management, such as preparing residence contracts and care documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing care professional
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident and solution-focused working style
- Strong interpersonal skills
