About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Organizing activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documenting the nursing process
- Ensuring quality of care together with the on-site team
- Being an attentive contact for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy when dealing with residents' relatives and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity
