About the role
- Work closely with test engineers, product managers, and fellow developers to test and continuously enhance our applications
- Collaborate enthusiastically within our remote team
- Provide and receive constructive feedback, e.g. in one-on-one conversations and through code/review processes
- Challenge the status quo and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Write and execute manual test cases with a strong commitment to continuous learning
- Maintain and develop automated end-to-end tests, e.g. using Playwright
- Create and maintain documentation, such as software specifications
- Continuously improve engineering standards, tools, and processes
Requirements
- Residence and valid work permit for Germany
- English proficiency (C1+); strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience in collaborative software development, preferably as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer
- Experience working on larger software development projects is a plus
- Experience with automated end-to-end testing (e.g. Playwright) is a plus
