About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, assess, and track the progress of product-related requests
Collaborate closely with leadership and other members of the product management team on our team’s priorities
Research and gather information necessary to assist with responses to product inquiries
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation
Works with product leadership to establish structure for product documentation and organization of product portfolio
Assist in producing and maintaining product training materials – including, but not limited to, external user guides, product descriptions, internal reference guides
Support our coordination with marketing on the creation of product collateral
Collaborate and develop relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others
Help assess new product opportunities and partnerships, as needed
Support product management team with initiatives and special projects
Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 3 years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or similar role
Project management skills a plus
Prior experience in health insurance industry strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
