About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, assess, and track the progress of product-related requests
- Collaborate closely with leadership and other members of the product management team on our team’s priorities
- Research and gather information necessary to assist with responses to product inquiries
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation
- Works with product leadership to establish structure for product documentation and organization of product portfolio
- Assist in producing and maintaining product training materials – including, but not limited to, external user guides, product descriptions, internal reference guides
- Support our coordination with marketing on the creation of product collateral
- Collaborate and develop relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others
- Help assess new product opportunities and partnerships, as needed
- Support product management team with initiatives and special projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or similar role
- Project management skills a plus
- Prior experience in health insurance industry strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
