About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States.
  • Provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to source a network of advisor candidate pools to meet those needs.
  • Conduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships.
  • Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience.
  • Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors and co-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals.
  • Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners to work effectively at all levels within the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience
  • Proven experience in leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling
  • A track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber talent, even during periods of significant volume and high expectations of service quality and fast-paced delivery
  • Excellent client service focus, with the ability to develop effective partnerships both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • A heightened sense of urgency, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting, is a plus.
