About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States.
- Provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps.
- Develop and execute a strategy to source a network of advisor candidate pools to meet those needs.
- Conduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships.
- Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience.
- Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
- Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors and co-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals.
- Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners to work effectively at all levels within the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience
- Proven experience in leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling
- A track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber talent, even during periods of significant volume and high expectations of service quality and fast-paced delivery
- Excellent client service focus, with the ability to develop effective partnerships both inside and outside of the organization
- Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- A heightened sense of urgency, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting, is a plus.
