About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States.
Provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps.
Develop and execute a strategy to source a network of advisor candidate pools to meet those needs.
Conduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships.
Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience.
Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors and co-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals.
Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners to work effectively at all levels within the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience
Proven experience in leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling
A track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber talent, even during periods of significant volume and high expectations of service quality and fast-paced delivery
Excellent client service focus, with the ability to develop effective partnerships both inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
A heightened sense of urgency, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting, is a plus.
