  • Design, plan, and execute advisor-focused marketing initiatives across the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions
  • Blend strategic thinking with strong project-management skills to deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Develop trust with advisors, partners, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • Stay connected to trends and the markets supported

  • Work closely with regional leadership to support advisors in deepening relationships and driving growth
  • Create multichannel marketing strategies aligned with advisors’ business targets and priority demographics
  • Oversee execution of strategies, understanding the needs of target audiences to deliver memorable experiences
  • Serve as a project manager and leader for office-wide activities including campaigns, events, forums, partnerships, and digital activities
  • Partner with Events Agency and advisor’s client servicing team on execution of events and activities
  • Be accountable for budget management related to advisor marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for innovation by leveraging existing technology, driving process improvement, and staying current on industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7+ years previous experience in a marketing or event planning role
  • Demonstrate an ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly
  • Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the planning and execution phases
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
  • Salesforce and Pardot knowledge are a plus
  • Some regional travel will be required
