About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, plan, and execute advisor-focused marketing initiatives across the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions
- Blend strategic thinking with strong project-management skills to deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Develop trust with advisors, partners, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Stay connected to trends and the markets supported
- Generate fresh ideas and build on existing themes
- Deliver elevated, thoughtful experiences that resonate with audiences
- Work closely with regional leadership to support advisors in deepening relationships and driving growth
- Create multichannel marketing strategies aligned with advisors’ business targets and priority demographics
- Oversee execution of strategies, understanding the needs of target audiences to deliver memorable experiences
- Serve as a project manager and leader for office-wide activities including campaigns, events, forums, partnerships, and digital activities
- Partner with Events Agency and advisor’s client servicing team on execution of events and activities
- Be accountable for budget management related to advisor marketing strategies
- Identify opportunities for innovation by leveraging existing technology, driving process improvement, and staying current on industry trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7+ years previous experience in a marketing or event planning role
- Demonstrate an ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly
- Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the planning and execution phases
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
- Salesforce and Pardot knowledge are a plus
- Some regional travel will be required
