About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Drive day-to-day project execution by proactively managing schedules, priorities, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, verify quality standards, and ensure alignment with project expectations and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, and CAD teams to support seamless project execution
- Develop and manage install plans, project schedules, and execution strategies in partnership with field teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate shipping logistics, material planning, and project resources to support efficient and timely project delivery
- Manage project scope changes and change orders, ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, communication, and execution
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, milestone tracking, risk management plans, status reporting, and project updates
- Provide regular communication and reporting to internal leadership and customers regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and resolution plans
- Lead collaboration across multiple teams, locations, and time zones to ensure alignment and accountability throughout all project phases
- Map out and manage phased project plans as needed to support successful execution and customer satisfaction
- All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%+) to project sites across the U.S.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Ability to work effectively across complex organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Experience managing project reporting, documentation, scheduling, and risk mitigation processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
