Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, design, implement, conduct, and report program evaluations.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services with funding requirements and regulations.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
  • Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques.
  • Review and synthesize existing research to inform service decisions.
  • Develop, design, and implement evaluation projects based on valid research methods.
  • Acquire and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Evaluate quality of services and analyze provider outcomes.
  • Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing instructional materials related to evaluation studies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, economics, psychology or related social science
  • Two (2) years post degree experience in gathering, editing, and analyzing data for social and economic research
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in evaluation methods and techniques
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
  • Expert written and oral communication skills
  • Strong data visualization and infographic reporting
  • Experience with statistics and statistical packages (Microsoft Access, SQL)
  • Proficiency in advanced functions of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of best and promising practices for behavioral health and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities
