• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team
• Ensure smooth and efficient HR processes
• Support operations of the HR Department including administrative tasks
• Monitor current license/certification submissions in UKG
• Process supervisor changes and other requested changes in UKG
• Process employee terminations in UKG
• Assist employees with basic HR-related issues
• Handle employment verification requests
• Assist with documentation creation/formatting/updating
• Maintain organizational chart and assist with audits
