Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a servant leader—coaching teams toward self-organization, maximizing velocity, and fostering an open, trustworthy environment.
Facilitate core ceremonies and monitor brand processes.
Advocate for self-organization, creative problem-solving, and a non-judgmental team culture.
Protect the roadmap and shield the team from external distractions.
Partner with the Program Governance team to oversee and manage scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
Monitor objectives, strategies, and project budgets.
Serve as a mediator and primary point of contact across multiple departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience working within an Agile environment.
2–3 years of experience working within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
3–4 years of experience delivering high-profile internal and external projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple project teams.
Proficient with workflow management software like Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).
An upbeat personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
