About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from planning through execution and successful delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Product, Finance, Cybersecurity, and executive stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Coordinate resources across multiple departments and vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
Apply PMO standards, governance processes, and project management best practices.
Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators.
Recommend process improvements that increase project delivery effectiveness.
Drive adoption of consistent project management methodologies across assigned initiatives.
Track project budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.
Monitor project performance against approved timelines and financial plans.
Support project prioritization and resource planning in partnership with department leadership.
Prepare executive-level reporting on project health, milestones, risks, and budget status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent industry training
Minimum 5 years experience working in a Project Manager role.
Minimum 3 years recent exposure and experience in a Technology environment.
Deep understanding of Project Management tools and approaches and the ability to utilize them to manage complex projects.
Experience managing budgets preferred
Media industry experience is strongly preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Ability to drive projects from planning through execution while mitigating risks and ensuring successful delivery.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
