- Lead QA for video playback and ad insertion
- Drive privacy and consent regression testing
- Manage, mentor, and grow the QA team
- Report on quality KPIs to executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of QA experience
- 2+ years managing or leading QA engineers
- Experience owning QA for a multi-platform consumer product
- Hands-on background with test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, Playwright/WebDriver)
- Strong understanding of streaming video QA
- Experience establishing release processes, quality gates, and bug-triage practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
