Key responsibilities & impact

Edit and produce short and long form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Youtube and Facebook.
Utilize Jump Station and remote systems to transform raw footage into compelling platform ready edits.
Add graphics, titles and motion graphics to enhance visual story for multiple videos.
Support YouTube Channel publishing and optimization, including uploads.
Organize and maintain video files, project assets and media libraries for easy access and retrieval.
Help maintain post-production standards, templates and workflows that keep efficiency and output consistently high.
Collaborate with social media producers to develop content concepts and creative direction for all talent.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines tied to production calendars.
Occasionally support on-site content capture and production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Film, Video Production, or related field
4+ years of professional video editing experience with strong focus on short and long form social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Media Encoder, and After Effects is highly preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing work in Premiere, After Effects and similar post-production software.
Deep understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook.
Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and audio editing.
Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
