About the role
- Commercial and operational management of the four existing sites in the region in close coordination with the medical leadership
- Disciplinary leadership responsibility for approximately 300 employees
- Responsibility for P&L and the region's operational performance in close coordination with the regional medical leadership
- KPI-based performance management, including defining and implementing appropriate action plans
- Management of the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, motivation, retention, and development
- Ensuring and further developing operational excellence at individual sites (focus on standardization, process adherence, and quality management)
- Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Opening additional sites in line with AllDent's growth strategy
- Leading strategic key projects to increase operational excellence, e.g., through simplification, digitization, and automation
- Regular reporting to executive management
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration with an excellent academic record
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-growing, decentralized organization
- 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading managers and decentralized teams
- Substantial experience in a role with comparable responsibilities
- Industry knowledge in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not required

- Residence in Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen, Bochum, or Dortmund
