About the role
- Prospect and develop new clients and markets
- Conduct technical and commercial visits
- Identify customers' needs and present appropriate solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Maintain active relationships with clients in the portfolio
- Update reports and records in the CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales or laboratory settings is preferred
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-oriented approach
- Availability to travel and attend events
