About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain automated regression suites for iOS and Android using Appium.
- Convert manual test cases into integrated automation within Azure DevOps.
- Implement and improve the Page Object Model (POM) in Python-based frameworks.
- Execute test failure analysis and optimize CI/CD cycles in Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Collaborate with the internal QA team on testing strategy design and execution.
- Maintain complete traceability between automated and manual tests.
- Evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies, including AI Agents and BrowserStack.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in mobile test automation for iOS and Android.
- Expertise in Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.12+ and PyTest.
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps — Test Plans, Pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on experience testing on real devices using BrowserStack or similar platforms.
- Experience with reporting frameworks such as Allure and HTML reporting.
- Professional working proficiency in English — written and verbal.
