About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth by owning the creative process from idea to live campaign
- Create and test a high volume of ads, video assets, display ads, campaign assets and creative variants
- Shape hooks, angles, proof points, scripts, headlines and calls to action
- Create landing page concepts, messaging, visual direction and test ideas that improve conversion
- Follow creative performance, identify what drives results and turn learnings into better ads
