About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and further develop the user experience of our e‑commerce platform
Translate complex shop requirements into intuitive user experiences
Optimize key conversion drivers and conduct usability tests
Visualize ideas through sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Develop logical navigation structures and user journeys
Create high‑quality, interactive prototypes and final UI designs in Figma

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a comparable role
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process
Excellent skills in Figma (components, Auto Layout, variants, prototyping)
Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability
Good German and English language skills
Experience in measurably improving UX initiatives is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
Experience with data‑driven interfaces/dashboards or basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
