About the role
- You lead SAP Cloud ERP projects end-to-end — from the initial concept to successful delivery.
- You take technical and methodological leadership of interdisciplinary teams (consulting, development, support) and coordinate all stakeholders.
- You keep tight control of budget, schedule and quality, applying best practices and a fit-to-standard approach.
- Together with our clients you analyze requirements and define suitable, future-proof solutions.
- You ensure active risk management and continuously improve our project methods to enable smooth go-lives and stable operations.
- Stakeholder communication is your responsibility.
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects, ideally with a focus on SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition).
- A deep understanding of SAP methodologies (Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Cloud best practices) and experience with agile or hybrid project approaches.
- Strong expertise in at least one of these areas: Finance, Sales & Service, Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management.
- Experience working with mid-sized Swiss companies and a good understanding of their specific requirements.
- Very good German and English language skills.
