About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage, and execute all relevant project tasks
Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work
Monitor and control project activities to achieve project milestones
Cultivate and lead projects already under contract and expand business with existing clients
Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations
Ensure compliance of projects with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines
Conduct regular meetings with the project team on status of work
Mentor junior technical staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree
Minimum of 5 years of Environmental consulting experience
Working knowledge of technical subjects impacting air permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP)
Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to develop, lead, and enroll strong teams with a wide range of personality types and technical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing ability
