About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage, and execute all relevant project tasks
Develop project proposals and plans to determine time frame, budget, and resources
Monitor and control project activities to achieve milestones and financial performance objectives
Communicate project information effectively to the team
Cultivate and lead projects under contract and expand business with existing clients
Manage annual client revenues as collaboratively determined by the leadership team
Ensure compliance of projects with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines
Manage health and safety component of project fieldwork

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree
Collective experiences equivalent to a minimum of 5 years of Environmental consulting experience
Working knowledge of technical subjects impacting air permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP)
Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow proactively
Demonstrated project management ability
Effective problem resolution combined with ability to delegate effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel
