About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full hiring journey from role definition to signed offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and advise throughout the recruitment process.
- Source, attract and assess exceptional talent across Data, AI, Product and Commercial functions.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.
- Support a smooth transition from candidate to new colleague by partnering with People Operations and hiring managers during onboarding.
- Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs through talent reviews and workforce planning.
- Use insights from the Dutch and European talent market to improve hiring decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by challenging, advising and partnering with them throughout the hiring journey.
- Help us further reduce our dependency on external agencies by strengthening our internal recruitment capability.
- Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within technology, data, AI or consulting.
- Proven experience hiring technical profiles, with a strong understanding of Data, AI and BI roles.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- A structured, data-driven mindset, using insights and planning to make better hiring decisions rather than simply reacting to vacancies.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a self-managed organisation where ownership, initiative and continuous improvement are expected.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with workforce planning, strategic staffing or talent management; employer branding and candidate experience initiatives; and proficiency in one or more additional European languages.
