About the role

  • Conceptualize and produce Reels, TikToks and short-form videos — from shooting and editing to the final post, including caption ideas
  • Concept and implement social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms — from ideation to publication
  • Design static visuals, graphics, story formats and ads within the brand context (graphic design)
  • Create motion design animations and animated clips for feeds, stories and reels
  • Plan and execute small video shoots, as well as professional editing and post-production
  • Actively monitor social media trends and translate them into platform-specific content ideas
  • Use and evaluate AI-powered creative and production tools (image generation, text, video)
  • Work closely with the strategy and account teams to ensure consistent brand communication
  • Maintain and develop design templates and brand assets for our clients

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in graphic and/or motion design
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or comparable tools
  • Proven skills in video editing and post-production
  • Experience with camera work and content production (photo/video)
  • Strong sense of social media aesthetics and platform-specific logic
  • Hands-on mentality: you don’t wait for briefs — you proactively contribute ideas
  • Openness and curiosity towards AI tools and new workflows
  • Structured, self-directed working style — also suitable for part-time
