About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy and execution across our product portfolio.
- Define how our individual products work together as a system.
- Set the operating cadence, setup clear and timely communication channels.
- Build relationships with senior leaders at our largest customers.
- Spend time with users to understand workflows and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams.
- Contribute to company strategy, board materials, and cultural tone.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ten-plus years in product, with at least three to five leading product orgs (Director, Sr. Director, or VP).
- Deep experience in healthcare — ideally in post-acute, care coordination, value-based care, population health, or related provider/payer workflows.
- Multi-product or platform experience.
- Strong customer instincts.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite buyers.
- Executive presence.
- A genuine pull toward the mission.
