About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, public company finance, buy-side investment management, or sell-side equity research
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading earnings calls, investor days, and non-deal roadshows in a publicly traded company environment
- Proven financial literacy, including deep command of accounting principles, valuation methodologies, and equity analysis frameworks used by institutional investors and analysts
- Experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, or broader healthcare services industry strongly required, including familiarity with CMS revenue mechanics, risk adjustment, and MLR dynamics
- Track record of producing investor-grade financial models, competitive analyses, and shareholder communications in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Prior experience at a publicly traded managed care organization or Medicare Advantage health plan
- Experience in an IR leadership role with direct ownership of the IR program, including investor targeting and engagement strategy
- Exposure to corporate finance functions, including capital markets transactions, secondary offerings, or debt refinancings
- Sell-side healthcare equity research background with coverage of the managed care sector.
