Key responsibilities & impact

Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously
Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units
Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues
Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards
Leads change management activities, including impact assessments, training, and communications
Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 - 5 years of experience working in Project Management
Project Management within Managed Care preferred
Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education required
PMP Certification preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented and solutions-oriented
Proven follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.)
