Key responsibilities & impact

Provides Telehealth Front Office Support
Oversees virtual patient check-in by ensuring charts are prepared
Reviews and prepares charts in advance of scheduled visits
Calls members to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Rooms and interviews patients, collects intake information
Supports telehealth visits using platforms such as AVA, Doximity, and Zoom

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum (2) years' medical assistant experience
Minimum (1) year customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and calculate simple statistics correctly
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with local travel during HEDIS season
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
