About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruiters with resume review, candidate screening, and job posting coordination.
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling (phone/video/onsite), including confirmations, changes, and logistics.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a timely, positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules, share interview plans, and keep the process moving.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare basic recruiting status updates/metrics.
- Support recruiting events and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in HR Coordinator role, onboarding support, recruiting operations, customer support within HR
- 1 year of human resources experience within the healthcare or insurance industry (Preferred)
- Experience processing unemployment claims
- Intermediate to Advance experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
- HRIS experience within Workday, ADP, or similar platform
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others.
- Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate resolution.
- Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor law
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
