About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, own, and refine detailed project finance and valuation models
  • Support and lead the structuring and raising of third-party debt and equity
  • Assess new opportunities in solar PV and storage across Alight’s markets
  • Support and lead workstreams cross-functionally including documentation and closing
  • Engage with lenders, investors, and advisors throughout transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-6 years of experience in investments and/or financing roles
  • Strong financial modelling skills with substantial hands-on experience
  • Ability to independently build and improve complex project finance models
  • Experience working on transactions (M&A, financing, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills; overall proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
