Key responsibilities & impact

Build, own, and refine detailed project finance and valuation models
Support and lead the structuring and raising of third-party debt and equity
Assess new opportunities in solar PV and storage across Alight’s markets
Support and lead workstreams cross-functionally including documentation and closing
Engage with lenders, investors, and advisors throughout transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-6 years of experience in investments and/or financing roles
Strong financial modelling skills with substantial hands-on experience
Ability to independently build and improve complex project finance models
Experience working on transactions (M&A, financing, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; overall proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
