About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and monitor IT vendor contracts, tracking SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and contract terms using SAP.
  • Support the area’s financial governance, performing OPEX and CAPEX control, forecast vs. actual analyses, and budget monitoring.
  • Support accounting close processes, provisions, reversals, and allocations.
  • Ensure correct processing and payment of vendors.
  • Support sourcing, contracting, and contract renewal processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Structure, document, and improve administrative and governance processes for the IT area.
  • Act as an interface between IT, Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency in processes.
  • Develop analyses and indicators to support management and decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Contract and vendor management.
  • Budget control (OPEX and CAPEX).
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of Pipefy.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
  • Experience in contract and vendor management.
  • Experience in budget monitoring and control.
  • Experience in financial and administrative analysis.
  • Experience with governance, audit, and compliance processes.
  • Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and corporate areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
  • Certifications or courses in Power BI, SAP, Financial Management, Governance, or Contract Management will be considered a plus.
