About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the product strategy for the area under your responsibility
Manage the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and ongoing evolution
Identify market opportunities and propose solutions that deliver business impact
Build and prioritize the roadmap based on data, value and feasibility
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, UX, business and marketing)
Ensure alignment between the product vision and the squads' execution
Track product performance, adoption and success metrics
Lead hypothesis validation and testing of new features
Ensure product quality, relevance and market fit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Product Manager
Strong background in digital product development
Proven track record of launching products or significant features
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Product roadmap management
Management of the digital product lifecycle
Knowledge of market and competitor analysis
Familiarity with product metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
Experience with agile methodologies
Knowledge of data analysis tools
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related fields
MBA or specialization in Product Management (differential)
Product Management certification
