About the role
- Graphic Designer creating digital and print assets, animations, social media posts, email marketing, display ads, and marketing materials
- Design intuitive UI for desktop and mobile to improve user experience and sales
- Leverage AI tools to scale creative output while maintaining quality and strategy
- Work within a marketing-driven, e-commerce-focused environment to drive conversions
- Support AlgaeCal’s mission to provide a clinically-backed natural solution for bone loss

Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates increased conversion rates and opt-ins (portfolio required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven skills using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field
- Marketing-savvy; knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques
- Data-driven: ability to use metrics to refine content
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma
- Bonus: Premiere Pro and advanced After Effects techniques
- Experience in a digital marketing environment (funnels, e-commerce)
- E-commerce expertise (designs that drove sales on platforms like Amazon)
- Humble, hungry to learn, and strong team/player skills
