About the role
- Assist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.
- Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
- Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization.
- Documenting all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g., business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures, etc.).
- Support the existing productive implementation of the assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
- 4 to 6 Years
