About the role
- Leading the development and evaluation of advanced structural systems for buildings and infrastructure to ensure safety, stability, and efficiency.
- Directing the design of complex structural elements, validating material performance and load conditions, and enforcing rigorous compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive the integration of innovative structural solutions into comprehensive project plans.
- Lead the development and validation of sophisticated structural designs for buildings and infrastructure using advanced engineering principles and software.
- Ensure and enforce adherence of all designs to local, national, and international building codes and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate structural designs seamlessly with broader project components.
- Lead site inspections to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and resolve technical issues.
