Key responsibilities & impact

Support the maintenance, parameterization, and configuration of Protheus Backoffice modules
Provide technical and functional support to system users
Identify and log incidents, tracking the resolution of support tickets
Assist with testing and acceptance of updates and customizations
Prepare documentation and process manuals
Collaborate with the team on system continuous improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system (Backoffice modules: Financial, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, and/or Billing)
Familiarity with administrative and financial processes
Good communication skills and willingness to assist users
Organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred: knowledge of ADVPL and SQL
