About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible as the project lead in data-driven AI projects
Ensure delivery on time, with high quality, and within budget
Lead or contribute to projects with a focus on technical steering
Ensure customer satisfaction with a strong focus on client relationships and project success
Actively support business development activities
Stakeholder management: manage relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
Responsible for the project roadmap, subprojects, project budgets and resource planning
Prepare, conduct and follow up on internal and client meetings, workshops and steering meetings, including follow-up activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record leading Data & AI projects
Success in winning new business and handling tenders/RFPs: identify potential clients, build relationships and secure contracts
Practical application of common project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, SAFe, Agile with Scrum/Kanban)
Strong coding and software development skills (Python, object-oriented), experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with OpenAI API, Aleph Alpha API and Hugging Face
Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, RAG)
Confident and professional presence with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Positive attitude and resilience; remain calm and composed even in challenging client situations
Independent, result-oriented and structured working style with high commitment, flexibility and creativity
Strong communication skills; fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel as required for consultancy work
