About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business requirements into process mining use cases and technical solutions using Celonis
Develop, maintain, and optimize data models, analyses, dashboards, and visualizations within the Celonis platform
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, implement, and monitor relevant KPIs and process performance metrics
Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure data quality and process transparency
Support the migration from interim reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., Impact) to the Celonis platform
Troubleshoot and resolve platform, data, and performance-related issues to ensure stable operations
Document technical solutions, best practices, and project outcomes, and communicate results to technical and business stakeholders
Support project planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another related field, or a comparable qualification
Proven professional experience as a Celonis Developer or in a similar Process Mining role
Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, including data modeling, dashboard development, and process analysis
Good understanding of process mining methodologies and business process optimization
Experience defining and implementing KPIs, as well as monitoring data quality and process performance
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
A self-driven and proactive working style with the ability to manage tasks independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent communication skills in English (C1 level); German language skills are considered an advantage
Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is considered an advantage
