About the role

  • You have successfully led projects and possess a deep understanding of the specific requirements and processes in this industry
  • You have a proven track record in acquiring new contracts and responding to tenders
  • You can identify prospective clients, build relationships and secure projects
  • For the projects you acquire, you act as the project manager for data-driven AI/IT integration projects, responsible for leading these projects with the clear goal of delivering results on time, in quality and on budget
  • You ensure client satisfaction with a strong focus on the customer and project success
  • These efforts lay the foundation for expanding the client relationship and potential follow-up projects
  • In addition, you actively support our team leads in Business Development
  • In stakeholder management you play an active role by managing client stakeholders, including expectation management
  • You also coordinate interface partners within [at], such as partner management, controlling/finance and team leadership
  • Planning the project roadmap, subprojects, project budget and resource requirements are part of your responsibilities, as is the preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and client meetings, workshops and steering meetings, including follow-up activities

Requirements

  • You are an experienced project manager in data-driven AI / IT integration projects
  • The data landscape is not unfamiliar to you; ideally you have experience in Data Science / Data Engineering
  • You are proficient in common project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, SAFe, Agile with Scrum/Kanban) and have successfully applied them in client projects
  • Ideally you bring domain knowledge in the Transport / Logistics industry
  • You have a confident and professional presence
  • You have very good presentation and moderation skills
  • You work in a highly structured way and are strong in communication (English and German)
  • You are ideally certified in common project management methodologies such as SAFe, Scaled Agile, Scrum, Prince2
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office and common project and document management tools
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset to sustainably ensure the value desired by the client
  • You have a positive attitude, are resilient and stress‑resistant, enjoy challenges and remain calm and composed even in difficult client situations
  • You work independently and with a results-oriented approach, showing a high level of commitment, flexibility and creativity.
