About the role

  • You are the driving force behind our deals.
  • Support the Sales team in making a lasting impression on clients.
  • Quote management & pricing: Independently create proposals in close coordination with Sales & Delivery.
  • Support the preparation of documentation and profiles.
  • Tendering support: Assist the team with complex tenders (RFIs/RFPs).
  • Gather necessary information, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation professionally.
  • Sales material & pitch design: Create and optimize sales slides, case studies, and reference lists.
  • Prepare briefings for the Sales team so they enter meetings fully informed.
  • Market & competitor analysis: Keep an eye on the market.
  • Research trends, analyze competitors, and provide the Sales team with valuable talking points (battle cards) for sales conversations.
  • Automation of sales processes: Identify repetitive, manual tasks in the sales cycle and automate them.
  • Interface role: Work closely with Marketing and traditional Sales.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally initial experience with Sales, Customer Success, or Operations (e.g., through internships)
  • You love Excel and are comfortable with complex CRM systems
  • You have a passion for tools and automation, and possibly initial coding skills
  • You have an "optimization-first" mentality
  • You keep an overview even when handling multiple simultaneous tenders and work with attention to detail
  • You spot where things are stuck and proactively pitch in to find solutions
  • You can explain complex matters simply and are fluent in German and English
