About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll work independently or as part of a team on electrical and control installations across sectors such as food, chemicals, sustainable energy, manufacturing, water treatment, and drinking water production.
- You inspect, test, repair, and commission systems – safely, precisely, and with a strong customer focus.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Commissioning motors, PLCs, and frequency inverters
- Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on-site
- Coordinating technical matters with clients, work preparers, and site managers
- Reading and updating technical drawings and documentation
- Supporting colleagues on larger assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar
- Knowledge of industrial systems, including PLCs and frequency inverters
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 standards
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Eligible to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct for Schiphol.
