About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications
Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success
Prioritize projects well and always deliver quality work on time
Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools such as MuleSoft), and data migrations services
Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently
Responsible for developing and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet the specific needs of our client

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC, Aura Components, Apex and declarative features
Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) will be considered a huge plus
Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and governor limits
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Implement Salesforce best practices and follow coding standards
Excellent Problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
Ability to acquire Public Trust clearance
