Regional Program Director
Aleut FederalRegional Program Director providing strategic oversight for construction projects in the Northwest. Leading project management, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination for delivery success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and operational oversight for multiple projects across the region
- Supervise Project Managers and multiple construction projects
- Develop long-term construction strategies and plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to safety, cost, and project delivery
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project execution
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure all construction activities meet or exceed quality standards
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar relevant field
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management and/or project controls
- Minimum of seven (7) years supervisory experience
- Strong familiarity and implementation of OSHA 1910/1926
- General working knowledge of federal regulatory contracting processes, practices, requirements, guidelines, and laws regarding construction projects
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills required for communication with client, management and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), Procore, RMS and Primavera.
