Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute across the stack to help move the company and product forward
• Design the architecture of new product features and implement them using TypeScript, React and Haskell
• Advocate for techniques and technologies that can improve our technology stack
• Mentor other members of the team
• Represent Aletiq's engineering values both internally and externally
• Build next-generation search and query engine (OCR, AI interpretation, structuring, indexing, query language)
• Build a full featured workflow engine and no-code workflow building interface and engine
• Act as the architect and builder of the product platform to address safety, resilience, and performance with heavy CAD files and real-time collaboration

Backend Engineer

• Build Aletiq's technical data platform for industrial manufacturing, creating a single source of truth.
• Develop highly interactive frontend handling complex engineering files, 3D visualisations, and real-time collaboration.
• Fullstack responsibilities (~70% frontend, ~30% backend) with end-to-end ownership.
• Projects include a dynamic high-performance dashboard, persona-specific interfaces, and improving the design system.
• Collaborate with designers and a small cross-functional team (7 engineers, 1 PM, 1 designer).
