About the role
- Design end-to-end Voice AI and API platform product experiences for developers and B2B customers, bringing clarity through flows, prototypes, narrative framing, and production-ready UI.
- Conduct lightweight user research (discovery, interviews, usability testing, concept validation) to inform direction.
- Move quickly: sketch → prototype → validate → iterate → ship.
- Partner with users, Product, and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and support successful implementation.
- Establish early design systems and reusable patterns to drive consistency and velocity.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, directly, and with respect for technical constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design for software, preferably in developer tools
- Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools
- Comfort designing in ambiguity; able to self-direct and make progress with imperfect information
- Strong communication skills — clear, direct, warm, and able to advocate without ego
- Early-stage startup experience preferred.
