About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation and calculation of federal taxes: IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, withheld taxes, and import taxes
Responsible for the operational process of direct and withholding taxes within the controllership
Work focused on PIS, COFINS and IRPJ, which are the most frequent and complex taxes in day-to-day activities
Reconciliation of calculated tax amounts
Support for requests related to the group's largest companies, including interest on equity (juros sobre capital próprio)
Support in understanding and developing tax reconciliation concepts
Additional responsibility for activities related to withholding taxes
Preparation of reports and analysis of tax data using advanced Excel, with frequent use of pivot tables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in calculation and reconciliation of direct federal taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS)
Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of pivot tables and report generation
Analytical skills and strong attention to detail to ensure tax compliance.
