About the role
- Monitor and oversee system-driven inventory movement processes, loss prevention, and inventory management;
- Ensure data reliability and reduce product losses;
- Analyze inventory control and loss-prevention reports;
- Handle inventory variances and process order corrections;
- Map and document existing operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and inefficiencies;
- Design processes and identify associated risks;
- Promote process automation through simplification, continuous identification of opportunities, and management of system routines/tools used.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, or Management;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Experience with integrated systems (ERP);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in the retail sector.
